At Legacy Draft and Design, we specialize in new home, custom design. Functional, attractive, and intentional creativity is the name of the game! Every project is important to us because it’s important to you. We have never designed the same home twice. We realize your needs and desires are unique to you, and your home should be as well.
We offer permit-ready construction plans or very basic building plans. The scope of what we provide is flexible. We will provide you with digital PDF copies of the plans that you can submit to builders and suppliers. We also can provide paper copies as needed.
At a minimum, house plans typically include floorplans and exterior elevations. However, we can also provide basic foundation plans, plumbing dimension plans, exterior or interior wall cross-sections, basic framing plans, roof plans, stair sections, and site plan drawings. If needed, we have connections with various local engineers and suppliers to fill in various locally required structural or site-specific needs that your project may include.
